Динамические изменения в стенке желчного пузыря и пузырной желчи, в печени и печеночной желчи у больных с симптоматическими заболеваниями желчевыводящих путей

Ранняя диагностика и лечение патологии желчевыводящей системы имеет большое клиническое значение из-за трансформации функциональных нарушений в желчевыводящей системе в органическую патологию – дисфункция желчного пузыря → хронический некалькулезный холецистит без билиарного сладжа; → хронический некалькулезный холецистит с билиарным сладжем → хронический калькулезный холецистит, что происходит в результате нарушения коллоидной стабильности желчи и присоединения воспалительного процесса (табл. 4, табл. 5).

Отсутствие желчного пузыря приводит к возникновению функциональной желчной гипертензии и расширению общего печеночного и желчного протока. У части пациентов это сопровождается прогрессированием хронического панкреатита, дисфункции сфинктера Одди и дуодено-гастрального рефлюкса, реактивного гепатита (табл. 6).
